Joint pain and gout is commonly caused by the accumulation of uric acid crystals in the joints. The good news is that uric acid crystallization can be removed with these two drinks. The recipes are quick and easy to prepare. Enjoy these refreshing drinks and eliminate your joint pains.

1. A Refreshing Cucumber, Green Apple and Celery Blend to Keep Joint Pain at Bay.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cucumber
  • 2 ribs of celery
  • A slice of lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoon of raw honey
  • 1 green apple

Instructions:

    1.  Prepare the ingredients. Clean the ingredients thoroughly first. You can use the vegetable wash function on our alkaline water ionizer.
    2. Cut the cucumber into smaller pieces (Be mindful of the capacity of your juicer).
    3. Prepare the celery ribs. Take special to ensure that there is no accumulation of dirt.
    4. Half the lemon (You can save the other half for the next time you make this drink!).
    5. After washing the green apple,  cut it into small cubes.
    6. Add in the single teaspoon of turmeric powder.
    7. Put everything into blender.

2. A Lemon And Grapefruit Mixed Ginger Tea Drink To Soothe Your Aches

Total time: 10 mins
Ingredients:

  • Organic ginger tea
  • Water (purified or alkaline)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of fresh lemon and/or lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of organic grapefruit juice

Directions:

  1. Steep the ginger tea in alkaline water for 5 minutes or until desired colour. Do not boil alkaline water.
  2. Stir in lemon and/or lime juice as well as the grapefruit juice.
  3. Add ice and enjoy!

This drink can be enjoyed hot as well during the winter months!
