A New Body for 2016

You are cordially invited to an evening of healthy learning and fun with Starwellness!

In this interactive 2-part session, participants will be given key tips of how to prevent, manage and even decrease body or joint pains. While Dr Jenny Li will highlight main reasons causing pain, she will also share with participants simple exercises to better manage basic conditions to relieve pain. Starwellness will shed light on how alkalinity in our blood, through proper hydration, can alleviate certain types of joint pain.
