  • In the event of unsuccessful deduction on due date, Starwellness Pte Ltd reserve the rights to terminate this agreement without written notice and repossess the equipment(s). A repossession fees of $90 + GST will apply.

  • The equipment(s) should not be transfer to other location without the approval and written consent by Starwellness Pte Ltd.

  • Minimum 1 year contract (renewable).

  • 1 free filter change every 6 months.

  • Free servicing & maintenance.

  • All rates subject to prevailing GST.

  • The management reserved the rights to accept or reject any submission.
