We know that you cannot wait to receive your item(s). As such, we will make every effort to process your order quickly.

For local orders via the StarWellness e-store, expect to receive your order within 3 – 5 working days. On top of that, we also offer FREE SHIPPING to local Singapore addresses.

For international online orders, we can ship to most international addresses. However, please be aware that there might be restrictions on certain products. There are also some products that cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. International shipping rate differs but are usually charged based on destination, weight and size.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We make efforts to expedite every order. You should receive it within 3 – 5 working days* based on local address.

Note: *Working days refer to Monday – Friday and excludes public holidays. Do expect some delay during festive periods.

For international delivery, we will send out the order within 3 working days. However, the shipping duration will differ for different destinations. We will inform you on the estimated shipping and delivery dates, as provided by the shipping company.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to almost everywhere in the world. However, we may face restrictions on certain products or there might be products that cannot be shipped to some countries. We will contact you and make the necessary arrangements, should this happen.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Not a single cent if it is a Singapore local address. If you need your item(s) to be sent to another destination, international shipping rate applies and differs. You are usually charged based on destination, weight and size by the shipper. I typed a wrong shipping address, how do I amend it?

Please contact us at 6580 8358 as soon as possible. Once we send out the item, we will not be able to rectify the mistake.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No. We send all orders via SmartPac or Speedpost Standard, which are both trackable.

For Smartpac deliveries, postman delivers the package to the recipient’s doorstep. If unsuccessful, postman will deliver it to the letterbox instead.

For Speedpost Standard, postman delivers the package to recipient’s doorstep and the recipient is required to sign for it. In event of unsuccessful delivery, item will be delivered to a designated post office or POPStation for self-collection within stipulated period stated on the Delivery Advice.

I need the item I ordered urgently. Do you offer expedited shipping or is there any way to receive it as soon as possible?
